Mardi Gras Parade

The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade has grown to become a major cultural event and its appeal stretches well beyond the LGBTI community. Half a million Sydneysiders turn out each year to cheer on the parade. In the lead up to two important elections, we hope that this years Greens' contingent will be particularly large, strong, lively and united! All are welcome, please contribute!

The message/theme of our float this year is simple and straight to the point: 'Full Equality: No excuses'. T-shirts are being printed, please bring your own Green pom-poms! If you can help organise our float, or would like to participate, please contact Peter.
